A comprehensive chemistry of highly deuterated species D2, D2+, HD2+, and D3+ in the early universe has been presented. Fractional abundances for each are calculated relative to redshift z. The fractional abundances of molecular isotopes are found to display similar behavior. As expected, the more deuterated an isotope is, the lower its fractional abundance. In spite of their similar behavior, fractionation causes molecular isotopes' behavior to become more disimilar as z becomes small.
