17 Myr-old HD 135344 has been suggested as the one of the rare transition systems based on its far-infrared excess above the expected photospheric flux level and a clear detection of CO emission. This system was suggested to have a large inner gap, R 45 AU, from the analysis of the spectral energy distribution (SED) covering from optical to sub-mm wavelength. We will present the strong evidence for the inner gap in the dust continuum and 13CO (J=2-1) molecular line maps from the SubMillimeter Array (SMA) observations. This object will be the one of the best targets to be a disk-planet system which is the ideal laboratory to study the planet formation mechanism, if we consider that the inner gap is involved the clear-up process due to the planet formation.
