A theory of gravitation with variableG is constructed as a modification of Brans-Dicke's theory. The theory is an attempt to include the effect both of matter and radiation on the inertia of a body, according to Mach's principle. ‘Big Bang’ cosmological models are computed and the corresponding primordial chemical compositions are found.
