Broadband 40 - 350 micron fluxes are presented for 56 sources observed with a balloon-borne telescope. Within the estimated pointing accuracy, all of these sources can be identified with H 2 regions. The measured fluxes, together with available radio continuum data, were used to investigate further the relationship between infrared and radio flux and to estimate effective dust absorption depths and dust-to-gas ratios within the ionized regions.
