Results are presented for the seventh installment of the Ohio survey at 1415 MHz. This installment covers 3490 square deg of sky between declinations of 0 and 36 deg S and fills large gaps in some of the previously published installments. There are 48 maps of the regions surveyed at a list of 2554 radio sources at or above 0.18 Jy. Of these sources 1850 are previously uncataloged. The seven installments include a total of about 19,000 sources in 8.6 sr of sky between 63 deg N and 36 deg S.
