A suitable simple approximation of the collision integral is proposed. The conservation of energy and the Boltzmann's H-theorem are fulfilled. The role of irregular forces in a weakly nonstationary self-gravitating system is investigated by means of this approximation. The Jeans' critical wavelength is not affected by the magnitude of irregular forces. The increments are decreased by the irregular forces in all typical cases.
