The problem of equilibrium and stability of spheroidal figures of the stellar subsets (stratum shape of interstellar medium) placed in the spheroidal galaxies is investigated. The formulas defining eccentricity and frequency oscillations of inner spheroid for different models are obtained. The possible applications of results revealed from this theory concerning concrete astrophysical problems are indicated.
