New absolute and relative position measurements of H2O masers have been made in Orion A, W49N, ON1 and VYCMa. Some OH and H2O sources are shown not to be coincident in Orion A. In W49N the high velocity H2O features have been localized with respect to the main, low velocity features. All except one are within 2.5 arc sec of each other. The H2O masers seen in the directions of ON1 and VYCMa are respectively identified with the compact H II region associated with ON1, and with the star.
