The influence of the magnetic and cross helicity of the Alfvenic turbulence is investigated in the slab model of wave propagation on the anisotropic part of the phase space distribution of charged particles. An analytic result for the spatial anisotropic coefficient is derived. The influence of the polarization state and the propagation direction of the plasma waves leads to a strong variation of the functional behavior as well as the absolute value of the anisotropy which arises from the particle-wave interaction. The spatial convection term of the anisotropy is expanded into Legendre polynomials to connect it with observations of solar energetic particles. An analytic expression for the harmonics of the Legendre expansion is derived for every order. It is shown that the expansion coefficient depend on the polarization state and the propagation direction of the plasma waves.
