Two new detailed spectroscopic analyses of Alpha Cen A and B are presented. T(eff) = 5800 and 5325 K and (Fe/H) = +0.22 +/- 0.02 and +0.26 +/- 0.04 are found for Alpha Cen A and B respectively. A lithium abundance log N(lLi) = 1.4 +/- 0.3 is found for Alpha Cen A and an upper limit log N(Li) of 0.4 is found for Alpha Cen B. Observations of the Ca II infrared triplet indicate a low level of chromospheric activity for the two stars. The results are compared with those of previous spectral analyses.
