Description of the techniques and procedures used in spectrophotometric
observations of solar prominences and in the reduction of observation
data obtained. A catalog of equivalent widths, intensities, halfwidths,
and Doppler halfwidths of the H, D-3, and He lines is presented, along
with a new method for determining the location of the solar disk edge.
