Results are reported for a search for small-scale anisotropy in the cosmic microwave background in 24 fields at declination 86 deg 51 min spaced 1 hr in right ascension beginning at 0 hr 30 min. The 140-ft Green Bank telescope was used at a frequency of 19.5 GHz and a half-power beam width of 1.5 arcmin. An upper limit of 0.00011 K is set on 1.5-arcmin fluctuations at the 95% confidence level.
