An SII forbidden line electron density map over a region of the Orion nebula (M42) south of theta-2 Orionis is presented. Comparison with an H-beta image tube photograph shows a triangular feature with the known high-velocity ionized knots situated at two corners. The radial velocities and electron densities reveal a complex feature, similar to a group of Herbig-Haro knots.
