The diffusion propagation of ultrahigh-energy cosmic rays from a single metagalactic source, e.g., NGC 4151, is considered. In the framework of this model, the cosmic-ray anisotropy can decrease with energy or be relatively small. The model also predicts that the primary rays have a purely proton composition. For NGC 4151, at an anisotropy not exceeding 20-30 percent, the spectrum has a blackbody cutoff at E less than 1 x 10 to the 20th eV and an appreciable blackbody hump preceding the cutoff.
