It is shown that a rotating star may have a spherical shape of the surface, the characteristic magnitude of the magnetic field being connected thereby with the characteristic value of the rotation angular speed. In constructing the solution, the usual expansion in powers of the small parameter was used, as well as the special expansion in sin2θ, which led for the finite number of approximations to the finite members of r-dependent ordinary differential equations.
