A brief overview is given on some plasma and nuclear processes in the interior of the Sun and solar atmosphere. A serious discrepancy between the standard theory and experiment on detecting neutrinos, born deep in the interior of the Sun, is discussed mainly from plasma and nuclear processes point of view. The problem of particle and photon generation is considered based on the experimental results of simultaneous registration of different particles and radiations. The main attention is paid to the questions of greatest interest: where the particle acceleration occurs; what are the main characteristics of the solar flare accelerator; what are the physical conditions in the solar plasma before the flare, during and after it.
