This catalogue collects published UBV photographic photometry for stars in the field of open clusters. The first version contains 42,575 entries for more than 34,000 stars in 127 open clusters, representing about 75 percent of the published data. The main effort has been devoted to the work on cross-identification, in order to bring the various identifications existing for each cluster into the uniform numbering system already adopted for other catalogues.
