The problem of particle acceleration by the joint effect of a steady-state spherical shock front and turbulent pulsations in a supersonic pre-shock plasma flow is solved. The turbulence is produced by nonsteady-state processes in a stellar wind (discontinuities, backward shocks, high-speed flows, etc.). The energy spectrum of the accelerated particles and their total flux from the star are computed. The spectral index is sensitive to the modulation factors and the turbulence intensity in the supersonic region. The radial dependence of the accelerated-particle number density is derived, and the contribution of the processes under consideration to the total energetics of cosmic rays is discussed.
