The autocorrelation function (AF) of a radio signal emitted by a large source and microlensed by a tenuous distribution of intervening point masses is analyzed. The contribution of microlensing to the "interference" component of the AF at wavelength 3 x 10^5 (M / M_solar) cm is found to be on the order of the microlensing optical depth, sigma. Extrapolation of the results to sigma values on the order of unity shows that the density of low-mass objects in the lenticular galaxies Q0957+561 and H1413+117 can be estimated from observations.
