The authors report the first astronomical detections of maser emission coming from VY CMa, VX Sgr and U Her for the transition of 29SiO υ = 0 J = 1-0 and coming from VY CMa for the transition of 30SiO υ = 0 J = 1-0. Their pumping mechanism is calculated with the Large Velocity Gradient approximation. The conclusion is that the maser emission of 29SiO and 30SiO, same as 28SiO, is pumped based on the molecular collision and the stellar IR radiation.
