A new polarimeter with high polarization resolution is being developed
at Beijing Astronomical Observatory of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and
will be launched to air 32 km high over ground by balloon. The authors
describe the principle of measurement, the concept of design, the mode
of operation and the test instrument for this polarimeter.
