The results of regular measurements of the cosmic ray intensity in the stratosphere obtained by high latitudinal stations during September-December 1966 are compared. The present paper estimates the agreement between the results obtained by closely located stations by means of various radiosondes. The assumption about the substantial contribution of auroral X-ray radiation to the fluctuation of the radiosonde counting rate at high altitudes is confirmed.
