The SIRTF Legacy Science program presents a unique opportunity to the Astronomical community. I will discuss the process of SIRTF proposal submission, with an emphasis on the special needs of Legacy proposers. I will give an overview of the tools that the SIRTF Science Center plans to provide to the community for the Legacy Call, and will discuss the support services that will be available from SSC.
