Two effects that should arise in nonsteady bremsstrahlung sources, which are observable in the cm range and can yield data on the plasma parameters of the source, are considered. It is shown that (1) the rate of change excess of circularly polarized radiation can serve as a criterion for the presence of time variations in the longitudinal magnetic field component of a nonsteady solar source, when it is compared with the rate of intensity change in the microwave range, and (2) that the heating of an optically thin source in a magnetic loop can produce a dip in the observed radio emission.
