A set of bandwidth-averaged time-autocorrelation functions of intensity has been computed from interstellar scintillation data for PSR 0329 + 54 and compared with the corresponding theoretical functions for a Gaussian and a Kolmogorov spectrum of density irregularities in the interstellar plasma. It is shown that the results of these comparisons provide evidence that the Kolmogorov spectrum adequately describes the plasma turbulence in the direction of this pulsar.
