A theory for the mutual transformation of all types of magnetogravity waves in the isothermal atmosphere is developed. The transformation coefficients allow a calculation of the spectra of slow waves for the case where the spectrum of acoustic noise in the convective zone is given. The transformation leads to an increase in the directivity of slow waves and to the appearance of reflected slow modes for the selected value of the horizontal wavelength at which the transformation coefficient is a maximum.
