Observations are reported of asteroids 70, 101, 369, and 432. Photoelectric lightcurves, rotation periods, maximum amplitudes, absolute magnitudes, and UBV colors are given. Synodic periods of rotation and maximum amplitudes are derived; they are 0.965 d and 0.13 m for 101 Helena and 0.3453 d and 0.15 m for 432 Pythia. All the observations were carried out during the period September 2-11, 1980, with the ESO 50-cm telescope at the European Southern Observatory, in La Silla, Chile.
