Rotation measures of 251 discrete radio sources have been determined after incorporating new polarization data at short wavelengths. These have been applied to a slab model-fitting technique to determine the most likely spiral arm magnetic field structure. The best agreement is obtained for a specific longitudinal spiral arm magnetic field, perturbed by an anomaly toward the North Galactic Spur.
