The dynamical process in H-alpha flare loops on solar disk is quantitatively discussed by using the observed data of the two-ribbon flare on May 16, 1981, taken with the H-alpha spectra-spectroheliograph and H-alpha chromospheric telescope at Yunnan Observatory, Kunming, PRC, as well as the X-ray data on the same flare from satellite HINOTORI. It is found that matter at the top of the H-alpha flare loops has initial velocity of several hundred km/s, and the falling velocity of matter within the loops decelerates. These dynamical problems are thought to be related to the physical mechanism of flare loops.
