If high-temperature turbulent current sheets on the sun are experiencing
Parker-Sweet flow, they will be in a quasi-linear turbulence regime or
in an instability-threshold regime. For typical parameters of
active-region plasma, energy would be released in such a sheet at a rate
no higher than 10 to the 26th erg/sec.
