The Cambridge One-Mile Radio Telescope has been used to make a deep survey of the region near Abell 2218 at 408 and 1407 MHz. The flux density limits reached at the centre of the survey region are 12.9 and 1.4 mJy at 408 and 1407 MHz respectively: a list of 222 sources detected with an instrumental attenuation greater than 0.1, and their suggested optical identifications is given. Several of the sources are identified with galaxies in Abell clusters within the survey field - in addition to these small-angular-size sources, a faint radio halo source is detected in Abell 2218. The source count, spectral index distribution and identification statistics in this survey are similar to those found in earlier 5C surveys.
