It is noted that noninertial effects caused by the motion of the solar system together with nearby stars of the Local Group around the Galactic center are not considered in the standard post-Newtonian examination of gravitational effects in the solar system. The noninertial problem is considered here assuming that the solar system moves as a whole in a circular orbit around the center of the Galaxy according to Newton's law. Based on this, corrections are calculated to the post-Newtonian trajectories of the planets around the sun, and the corresponding observational manifestations are examined.
