New infrared photometry for T Vul, Delta Cephei, and X Cyg is presented, and the infrared flux method is employed to determine effective temperatures and angular radii for theses objects at all phases of the pulsation cycle. The results confirm the steeper period-radius relation obtained for Cepheid variables by Moffet and Barnes (1980), and provide absolute magnitudes which are compatable with recent results for cluster Cepheids. The Wesselink masses determined from pulsation theory are shown to be significanty lower than evolution masses, particularly for the short-period stars.
