Spectrophotometric observations of Comet Halley in December 1985 - January 1986 (before the perihelion) have been used for determining the absolute brightness and photometric parameter in B and V filters. The total number of CN, C2, C3 molecules, the relative abundance of these gases, and the gas to dust mass ratio in the Comet Halley atmosphere for different heliocentric distances are calculated.
