We present Keck imaging of the Vega-excess star, 49 Cet, at 17.9 microns. Low-level emission is elongated 1.5'' about the star at a Position Angle of 40 degrees. Assuming a Hipparcos distance of 61 pc, this indicates a diameter of 100 AU for the mid-infrared emission. Preliminary fits of a two-part disk model to both the mid-infrared image and unresolved IRAS fluxes indicate that the disk is composed of an inner tenuous component of warm dust surrounded by a cold dense outer disk.
