Hydroxyl maser emissions associated with a star formation region NGC 6334F in right and left polarizations at the 1665 and 1667 MHz transitions have been observed with the VLBI MK III recording system. It is found that in the region, the strong hydroxyl maser emissions come from an area of a scale 5 x 10 to the 15th cm. The majority of hydroxyl maser features are projected onto the core of cometary H II region. The velocity gradient 6-10 km/s per arcsec is found in the velocity-position plot. This suggests that there may be a rotating disk in which a young OB star is formed with mass of about 25 solar masses.
