Observations of IC 351 obtained on February 1985 in the H-alpha line,
and forbidden lines N II 6538, and O III 4363, 5007 are examined. The
dimensions, morphology, H(+), O(2+), and N(+) distributions, and density
fluctuations in the planetary nebula are described. The north-south
condensations detected in the observations are studied.
