A magnetically confined negative glow discharge is employed to study the millimeter wave spectrum of HN2O(+) in the 130-290 GHz frequency range, and the accurate molecular constants derived confirm recent IR result. 32 observed and calculated rotational transitions of protonated N2O in the ground vibrational state are presented, and accurate frequency predictions for lines of astrophysical interest are derived.
