Wide field pictures of comet P/Halley 1982i obtained every hour on December 6, 1985, have been analyzed in order to study the dynamics of low intensity plasma structures in the tail. The deduced radial velocities increase from 50 to 80 km s-1 over distances of 2 to 6×106km. The measured apparent aberration angle is interpreted as a result of a large polarward solar wind velocity component.
