A three-dimensional asymptotic dynamo model of large-scale magnetic field generation in spiral galaxies is proposed, which depends on only a few observable galactic parameters. Special attention is paid to the origin of bisymmetric global magnetic structures (azimuthal wave number m = 1) and discussion of their spatial and temporal parameters. Properties of the derived solutions are illustrated by specific examples. A high efficiency of the dynamo generation of the bisymmetric magnetic field in M 33 is demonstrated. The possible presence of the bisymmetric magnetic structure in NGC 6946 and of the axisymmetric one in IC 342, both of which have nearly identical rotation curves, can be explained by presumably smaller thickness of the thermal ionized gaseous disk in NGC 6946.
