Photographic photometry and proper motions are presented for approximately 400 stars in the field of the globular cluster M107 (NGC 6171). Membership via proper motions is used to produce a clean color-magnitude diagram for this cluster. A reddening E(B - V) = 0.34 +/- 0.03 and a distance of 6.2 +/- 0.9 kpc are found which are in good agreement with previous work. Membership is confirmed for most, but not all, previously known variables. In addition, the space velocity for M107 is derived: (Pi, Theta, Zeta) = (20 +/- 12, 144 +/- 31, -44 +/- 26) km/s in the Galactic rest frame. Thus, the kinematics of this cluster do not allow unambiguous assignment to either the disk or the halo.
