We present the latest results from the Northern Sky Optical Cluster Survey, a project to detect galaxy clusters in the Digitized Second Palomar Observatory Sky Survey (DPOSS). Nearly 10,000 square degrees of the northern sky has been catalogued, photometrically calibrated, and used to detect clusters to z ~ 0.3. We discuss survey contamination and redshift distribution based on follow-up spectroscopy of 3,000 galaxies in a complete sample of 100 candidate clusters. We also present an improved photometric redshift estimator for these clusters.
