The Monte Carlo method is used to calculate the integral characteristics
of electron-flux transport in atmospheric gases (N2, O, and O2).
Calculations are performed for a monoenergetic source with an initial
energy of 0.05-10 keV and an initial angular distribution of two types,
monodirectional and isotropic, in the lower ionosphere.
