Results of the processing of IR lunar occultation observations of three Mira variables - U Ori, Z Sgr, and S Vir - are presented. The restored strip brightness distributions and the radial brightness distributions across the disks show that the extension of the three stars' atmospheres is relatively small. The brightness distributions are compared with the results of dynamic model atmosphere calculations for long-period variables.
