The size-frequency distributions of cosmic gamma-ray bursts (GRB) recorded in the SNEG-2MZ (Venera 13-14) and APEX (Phobos mission) experiments are investigated statistically. The V/Vmax parameter from both data sets is estimated at 0.412 + 0.019. It is shown that the deviation of V/Vmax from the value of 0.5, which corresponds to the uniform distribution of 'standard sources', may result from the inhomogeneity of the spatial distribution of GRB sources, their intrinsic luminosity, and the recurrence time of GRBs.
