The third list of the Calan-Tololo Survey is presented. The list consists of 42 H II galaxies with bright emission lines, most of which were previously unknown. The objects were found at Cerro Calan, searching objective prism plates taken at Cerro Tololo using the Curtis Schmidt telescope, the thin UV prism, and IIIaJ plates. The paper presents identification charts, equatorial coordinates, and a short description for each object. The present list was drawn from a sample of approximately 200 narrow emission line galaxies chosen because their bright emission lines make them interesting for further spectrophotometric study.
