The Nancay radio telescope has been used to search for high-redshift OH megamasers. Four new detections are reported with redshifts above z = 0.07. The properties of high redshift OH megamasers with velocities from 21,000 to 51,000 km/s are evaluated in terms of the dependence of the OH luminosity on the square of the far-IR luminosity. Intrinsic linewidths of the OH line may help to distinguish between a starburst or an AGN nature for the nuclear galactic nucleus.
