As a small part of the ongoing GBT commissioning program, we recently obtained on-the-fly observations of HI in a 5x5 degree field centered on M33. The telescope was driven at nearly 16 times the sidereal rate to optimize map fidelity, allowing a complete OTF pass in just over two hours. The map we present here follows from coadding four OTF passes. While obtaining our measurements, we deliberately alternated the scan direction between RA/DEC and offset the origin for each subsequent pass by half the Nyquist spacing. This strategy permits twice Nyquist sampling in the final image, yet retains the overall benefits of rapid scanning. Data reduction is still underway within AIPS++, so we cannot give specific science results in this abstract, but will do so at the meeting. Undoubtedly, we will comment on the outer disk properties of M33 and report any new information regarding a recently discovered compact high-velocity cloud possibly associated with M33.
