We present our analysis of a 29 ks ACIS-S observation and a 45 ks ACIS-I observation of NGC 507, the central galaxy in a nearby (z=0.016) group. NGC 507 displays a prominent cold front, similar to those seen in clusters. We measure the gas temperature and density across this front to study the galaxy's movement within the group potential. On small scales, the X-ray emission near the center of NGC 507 exhibits two X-ray peaks. The eastern peak coincides with the galaxy nucleus, but is not a point source. We derive temperature and density profiles of this region to estimate the gravitating mass. The second X-ray peak has no optical counterpart and appears to result from a buoyant radio emitting bubble. We suggest that this bubble has displaced X-ray emitting gas, generating a trough in X-ray surface brightness between the two X-ray peaks.
