We present a study of the globular cluster systems of two face-on galaxies, UGC 5981 and UGC 6614, from WFPC2 images in the F555W and F814W filters. We perform photometry study on these two low-surface brightness galaxies, particularly in order to extract the specific globular cluster frequeny(S_N), which is believed to be correlated with the stellar population and the Hubble type. This study can extend the characteristic of S_N to low-surface brightness galaxies.
